Three years ago, I fell and got a concussion — my fourth. I started drawing Little Brain comics about my traumatic brain injury so family and friends could understand what I was going through. While I’ve recovered a lot, I still have post-concussion syndrome (PCS), which affects me daily. This guide summarizes some of what I’ve learned about PCS over the last few years. It’s intended to be a quick introduction to the topic, from the point of view of someone with PCS — it’s not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
