Holacracy: not safe enough to try
Julia Culen

Thank you for sharing your story, it is quite similar to what I have heard from several people who experienced Holacracy and subsequently contacted us about Sociocracy 3.0. If you are interested in a more open and flexible approach without the price tag, I recommend you take a look at it, like Holacracy it’s a descendant of sociocracy, combined with a lot of agile and lean ideas for improving collaboraion. Sociocracy 3.0 is a collection of mostly independent patterns, so you simply take only what solves actual problems, an leave the rest for later (or never). This will help you gradually develop your organization’s culture as you do your daily work, instead of becoming absorbed in governance.
