Perspective is a powerful lens through which we view the world, shaping our understanding, interactions, and growth. It influences how we perceive events, interpret relationships, and ultimately understand ourselves. The concept of perspective is not merely an abstract idea; it has profound implications for our mental and physical well-being. By exploring the complexities of how and why we perceive things the way we do, we can then cultivate awareness, empathy, and personal growth. Equally as important we can uncover the significant impact that perspective has on literally every event that happens in our lives. Ultimately, perspective is the mental framework through which we encompass our beliefs, attitudes, and personal experiences, shaping our perceptions.

Perception is the process by which we interpret sensory information, forming our understanding of the environment and our place within it.
