Hi Nate Walkingshaw great article so far and looking forward to the book. Two points of feedback:

  • I find the series hard to get through. I think the structure needs more work.
  • Between VoC and CPT a big step is missing: Testing which customer needs are actually most important to the customer (before coming up with solutions/prototypes). Techniques like Jobs to be done have an explicit approach on how to so. I.e. See chapter 4 in The Lean Product Playbook.
