Ingredients

Lentil 5 cup
Potatoes; big numbers
Large onion;
White flour; tbsp
Olive oil; 1 tbsp
Tomato paste; tbsp
Enough salt and black pepper
Enough turmeric

first stage

First, fill a large bowl with water and soak the lentils in water for 5 minutes. After this time we rinse and clean the lentils. If you use local lentils, be sure to wipe them carefully, as there is a lot of pebble in the local lentils.

second stage

At this point, chop the onion into small pieces, then sauté with 4 tablespoons olive oil in a suitable skillet to make the onion light and translucent. Next, add some turmeric and continue to sauté until the turmeric and onions are even.

third level

In the third step, add the tomato paste to the onion and turmeric mixture and saute well until the tomato paste is well fried. The frying of tomato paste, in addition to its raw taste and smell, makes the lenses more palatable in the end.

Step Four

At this point, add the lentils with some salt and black pepper to the pot and sauté a little if desired. Next, add 5 glasses of water to the pot and set the lid on the lid to cook slowly.

Step Five

We increase the heat under the pot to boil the water faster, then lower the heat in the pot to boil until the lentils boil gently. Next, whisk together the white flour with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan to bring out the raw taste and smell of the cream, eventually turning creamy.

Step Six

After baking the flour well, add it to the lens pot. This will give the lens a good glaze. Next, cut the potatoes into small cubes to make them easier to cook, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

Step Seven

After the lentils are cooked, add the chopped potatoes to the pot. It takes about 5 minutes for the potatoes to bake and if they are poured into the lens too soon, they will crumble and deteriorate the lens.

Step Eight

You can use sesame, fresh parsley or hot onion to decorate the lentil. Once you have the lens in the pan, pour a tablespoon of the remaining olive oil over it. You can also serve a few slices of fresh sour lemon along with your lens.
