Rose water half cup

Sugar 200 g

How to make a baslogh

First, pour cold water into a suitable pot, then add the starch slowly and stir until the starch is bullet. Then place the pot on gentle heat and continue stirring until the starch is completely dissolved in cold water.

To mix starch, be sure to use a skimmer or a wooden spoon and if the starch is bullet, make sure to spoon it on it to open it and do not leave any stomach bullets in the water. Add sugar after the starch is completely dissolved in water.

Add sugar slowly to the water and stir until completely dissolved in water. After the sugar is completely dissolved in water, add the liquid oil, along with the rose water, to the pot, and continue to stir until the pulp becomes dough.

After the paste has been dipped, remove the pot from the heat and leave to cool until it cools. After it has cooled down, place it in the refrigerator for an hour to completely remove it and tighten it.

After an hour, remove the buttermilk from the refrigerator, then grease your hands with oil, and knead it a little. At the end, shape and cut the butter in a cylindrical shape and cut it and roll it in a coconut powder, then decorate and serve with the kernel.
