Ingredients Pickled Okra

Okra 500 g

Dried dill 1 tbsp

White vinegar or red 1 vial

Red pepper 2 pcs

Garlic 3 cubes

Salt 1 tbsp

How to make Pickled Okra

First, carefully clean the bamboo, so that it does not damage your body and texture. Because with the opening of the okra, the lysoz fluid enters the okra and the lizard is picked up. You just need to carefully remove the extra stalks (tail) of bamboos.
After cleaning the okra, rinse them thoroughly and then dry with a clean cloth. Then pour the beans with garlic, red pepper and dill in the glass that you have to consider for picking.
Choose a suitable pot and pour vinegar with 1 cup of water and salt in it. Place the pan on the heat to bring the vinegar to the boil and completely dissolve the salt. Then pour the vinegar hot on the brine that you put in the glass.
After the preparation of the pickle is finished, wait until the pickle is cold, then close the glass lid and place in the fridge to prepare pickles. It takes about one to two weeks to prepare pickles.
In this order, water is used to make the pickles taste milder. You can remove 1 cup of water and use vinegar instead.
