Ingredients for 4 people

1 large onion
Average potatoes are 5 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Enough liquid oil

Recipes

First, wash the potatoes and then pour into a suitable pot. Add some glasses of water to the pot and place it on the heat until the water boils and the potatoes are boiled in water for 30 minutes to boil.

After the potatoes are boiled, allow them to cool slightly and then remove their skin. Grind the potatoes with a large grate or squeeze them, then pour into a spacious bowl.

At the next step, peel the onion and grate them separately, then, with the pressure of the hand, remove the onion and add it to the bowl containing potatoes. In the next step, break the eggs into a separate bowl and mix well.

Then add some salt, black pepper and turmeric to the eggs. Add Dry Dry is optional. If you want to dry, add it to the eggs and stir well until it is completely homogeneous.

Next, add the egg to the bowl containing potatoes and mix the ingredients thoroughly to make them homogeneous. Now Coco is ready and in the next step you have to fry it, for this purpose place a suitable pan on the heat.

Pour some of the oil into the pan and allow the oil to become hot. After the oil is hot, remove and apply some Cocoa butter, then throw it in oil. You can also use special templates to smooth out the coco.

After a side of the cookies is red, turn them back to the other side, too. You can also fry potatoes in the form of a cake. After the cookies are prepared, serve them with tomatoes, pickles and bread.
