A Chatbot embedded in your website:

Have you ever wondered how sometimes when you open a webpage on the bottom right or left(mostly right) you find a chat button also called the help button and while questioning on that platform you must know that you are talking to an AI-operated chatbot, not a human.

Chat GPT — released on November 20, 2022
OpenAI o1 — a pre trained transformer released on September 12, 2024
Gemini renamed Bard — released on December 6, 2023
Perplexity — was released in August of 2022
Apple Intelligence — new but said to be the best released on October 28, 2024

All of these super Chatbots took approximately 10–15 years to build and develop. But what if you can learn how to build a Chat Bot in 5 minutes just for your website and get instant answers regarding the trained materials?

All you need is……..

Chatling — This website will help you make your chatbot
Chat GPT — You can use Chat GPT to train your chatbot or input information related to your specific company.
Your company website — This is where you will insert your chatbot.
A brain- Make sure it is on work mode

Step by Step overview of how to make a corner chatbot on your website:

Step 1: Sign up for Chatling (free)

Step 2:

Click on create chatbot under my chatbots:

Step 3:

Select either Start from Scratch or AI Chatbot. I would choose to start from scratch if I want a more personalized Chatbot and use an AI chatbot if I want a prebuilt template(you can customize).

Give a name to your project:

Now click on Builder to find the preview for your bot:

Next click on appearance to find:

After appearance comes- The training part

Find the knowledge base option, and click on Add New. Now you should see the different types of sources to train with. Click on the details that suit but if your chatbot shall answer specific to your topic but also worldwide you may also use Chat GPT to generate information. This information can go under text or document depending on if your info is a PDF or not. An example of a prompt for Chat GPT can be:- (Give me information about (specific topic) and provide lots of FAQs followed by Pros and Cons including text and pdf document versions of this information. Note- this is for training AI chatbots. Be very specific and go into lots of details.)

Lastly, once you are done with all your changes and think your chatbot follows the pattern your website has the final step upload.
