Is All Our Hard Work Killing Our Future?

I fear the same for our family as I’ve opted to work from home part time while raising our son. We want more kids so I may stop formally working and work more fully on being a mom and creative writer. Thing is, my husband owns a business and he’s been working 16 hour days non stop seven days a week. I can’t get him to slow down and realize the need for space and quality time for leisure. It’s affecting our whole family and to what end? So he can die early from stress? We have debt too so it makes it hard but I also think we need a return to leisure as a mindset.
