Product Hunt Top 100 Most Followed Users
How often do you read posts with titles like this? You love them. People love rankings. We are fascinated by other people. We are all secret stalkers and lurkers. And you know what? It is totally cool to be a professional stalker. The group of 100 top followed people on Product Hunt are people worth following, watching and studying. They share as much as they do because they want you to consume their knowledge. If you were to write to or meet one of these people, there would be a general expectation that you would have done your research. Archively went on Product Hunt today. This is how we decided to tell you about it.

Archively is the destination for your people research. I built Archively mostly for Sourcers and Recruiters, who are power researchers, but the truth is I really built it for me. This is my workflow. I came from recruitment (obv) and I use Archively to capture the workflow of researching for candidates, building complex lists of people, working my engagement strategy, and collaborating with my team.

But…I don’t just research potential candidates— I research everyone. If I have met you, I have researched you. If I want to meet you, you can bet I have researched the crap out of you.
I research customers, investors, competitors and people who fascinate me. If you research me it is the highest compliment you could pay me. Ever get an email from someone who clearly made an effort to understand you and find where you both uniquely resonate? It feels awesome!
All good engagement starts with research.
“Oh but I use this tool (Insert Over-Automated Product Here).” That’s cool. It might get the job done on the surface but you will never be really good at people. I am a people expert. If you know me you know this. This is what I do. This is how I do it. I research. I collect. I actually do the work. I do the work because the more research I do the more awesome I get at it. So while I built Archively for me, I built to so you can be awesome at people too. However, you can’t replace curiosity and attention with technology so you will have to add those.
Today I have a gift for you. We researched the Top 100 Followed Product Hunt users — thank you Ryan Hoover for sharing that list with us — and we are giving it to you. So instead of just giving you a list of names (don’t worry — they are below), when you click here it will allow you to download the whole collection to have for yourself. Inside each profile will be lots of goodies. You can then start collecting information on people too. The whole world will then be a better place.
