First set: Industrial Bank of Korea’s ‘sub’ show
Industrial Bank of Korea had fun with a 6–1 serve. Korea Expressway Corporation responded with a 5–0 blocking, but it was one step short of winning.
The Industrial Bank of Korea took a 5–3 advantage with Abercrombie’s open and sub-ace at 3–3. Hwang Min-kyung’s time difference and Choi Jung-min’s sub-ace made it 8–6. After that, Kim Hyun-jung and Abercrombie’s sub-ace exploded to make it 14–10.
