OH MY GOD INTERNET you’re killing me

I didn’t even read your piece but now I will; this is great!! I am from the olden days when writers got paid for writing instead of writing for free along with the additional bonus of getting thoughtless irrational feedback from crazed morons who don’t understand nuance or that everything is not black and white or probably don’t even know how to genuinely ‘read.’ “Were you there?” says it all, not to mention ignoring the simultaneous news story about the 700 refugees. Having adopted a daughter (internationally, which some already consider a sin, but I won’t get started on that) who came to me at the age of two with lots of ‘energy,’ shall we say, and various problems stemming from her previous life, it was like Judgement Day every day, ever hour and every minute. I may as well have had ‘bad mother’ tattooed on my forehead.
