Donald, Billy, and the Deplorables: Why This Latest Stunt Isn’t Anything New To Women

Thanks so much, Ifueko, for sharing your story. I wish you nothing but the best, as you move towards your career in education, and make your way through this disturbing election cycle. Women need to stand together, to tell our stories, to let our voices be heard. Trump, ultimately, may become essentially a great lesson in so much of what is wrong with our twisted, unbalanced society. A cautionary tale against so many inequalities, whether they be racial, social or sexual. My prayer for you all (not being an American myself) is that you move forward from this dark time, and that a strong and incredibly resilient woman shows the way through this tumult. Consider the possibilities if we stand together through this. All the best.
