Louder, we may have to speak louder to be heard. You were silent 20 years but now that you are speaking you are strong and eloquent. I waited 50 years and still cannot tell my own daughter because of the look. The look you described so well was the one I got when I told my sister, and then my son. Enough pity and shame to shut me up again . I’m trying to speak through written language but it’s not the same as speaking your pain.
