Keep your comments about the physical appearance of strangers to yourself. For the most part this applies to acquaintances and work colleagues as well.
You are 100% correct in all circumstances — but especially in the workplace! Our coworkers, just like us, are there to make a living, pay their bills, provide for their families. It’s a terrible thing when men let their lack of self-awareness and self-control back a coworker into the corner of having to choose between enduring sexual harassment or reporting it. They’re asking her to either accept a toxic work environment, quit, or report and likely get their harasser fired. What kind of sick power game is that? Men, if you’re doing this unconsciously, wake up and stop. If you’re doing it consciously, you deserve to lose your job.
An important point well made, Elle!
