Deepika Padukone to Start Shooting for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage in February

In December, Deepika Padukone signed on for a lead role in XXX: The Return of Xander Cage, starring Vin Diesel. In order to reveal the same, Deepika also posted an image with Diesel on social media. While working for the film has been started, Deepika will join the team on February to shoot her part. By tweeting on the same, director D.J. Caruso added that the shooting has been started on January but she will start from February. He seems to be happy with this cast.

While talking about the schedule, Caruso added that they are looking forward to schedule the release of XXX by the end of the year or early 2017. The third installment of XXX series started in Dominican Republic on January 13 and picks Xander Cage who was about to die after the incident. He secretly gets back in action for the tough and new assignment with Augustus Gibbons, his handler. Along with Deepika Padukone and Vin Diesel, the film also features Tony Jaa and Jet Li. Vin Diesel is also happy to work with Deepika and he desperately wanted to work with her. She will be sharing screen with Fast and Furious star.

Deepika was almost done in Furious 7 but things didn’t go in favor of her at that time. This time, the 48 year old actor revealed that he is all set to finally cast with Bajirao Mastani star. You have heard about her and some of the casting. He has always wanted to work with her for a long time. They have really decided that they would work together in Furious 7.
