Why you should not skip meals

BREAKFAST:

Usually many people skip breakfast for many reasons like they don’t feel like eating or they wanna lose weight they are getting late but let me tell you one very important thing skipping breakfast is like you have forgotten yourself to charge because breaking you fast early morning energizes your body it restores it’s glucose level you might have noticed when we skip breakfast we hear noises from our stomach have you ever wondered why is it though?it is because hunger causes secretion if hormones that trigger contraction within the gastrointestinal(GI) tract .

LUNCH:

We often skip our lunch because of our busy schedule but this is the worst we can do to our body nobody talks about how much it is important to have lunch skipping lunch can cause body’s metabolism to slow down causes us to burn fewer calories which might lead us to gaining weight it can also lower our blood sugar level

DINNER:

Some people skip dinner for weight loss but you know what? Skipping dinner can make you hungry in the middle of night and make room for sugar cravings which can disturb your weight loss regime it can also cause constipation heart burning acidity skipping meals can also make your body go in a fasting mood which can make your brains to slow body’s function to conserve energy and make less calories to burn down

So that is why every meal of the day is very necessary
