NFT hubris has worn off, especially for PFP projects. For the most part, successful NFTs in the future will be capitalizing on already successful IP. Things like Disney, sports, Dr. Seuss, Hello Kitty, Peanuts, etc. will continue to have success at more modest levels. Occasionally, a new brand or innovative art project will break through, but the days of cute and/or edgy PFPs from unknown artists selling for thousands of dollars (or more) are over, IMO. The only media-based NFTs where there is still room for exploration and experimentation is with music. Other than that, I believe that there’s still tons of room for innovation using NFTs in business, legal, and gaming applications.

Estate planning has a language all it’s own. This is partially because estate planning documents are legal documents and are required to use precise language. Another reason is that, as a culture, we have a hard time talking about death.

Administrator

The individual assigned to act in the place of an executor for a person who died without a will.

Advance Directive

Also known as a living will, personal directive, advance directive, medical directive, or advanced healthcare directive, an advance decision is a legal document specifying how medical treatment should be administered in the event that someone can’t make a decision.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. Before engaging in estate planning, do your research and ask a lawyer if you aren’t sure.
