Wild Heart
Wild is the heart’s search for home,
Strict is the mind to let go;
Bound by mere fantasies,
Struggles to cope with realities,
Stubborn with its demands,
Sticks to what it imagines;
Moments in hand pass by
Yet uncompromising it remains,
Shudders the spirit to its courage,
Dwells in waves of curiosity
Determined to find its solace;
Such is its wild search for home,
Heart knows what it knows, it says.
