“not only was nearly everything you said in that document wrong, the fact that you did that has caused significant harm to people across this company, and to the company’s entire ability to function.”

I do agree with part 2 of this sentence, about causing harm to people across the company and its entire ability to function. It was just the wrong article at the wrong place.

However I think it is wrong to dismiss everything said in that document as incorrect. Recognizing and embracing our differences and learning to work with them is what we need, not ignoring them and pretending that they do not exist. I’m not sure why it is such a crime to say, with scientific backing, that women are generally better at some things and men are generally better at some things. There are obviously many individuals who do not fit into any brackets and go on to achieve things in many fields irrespective of their gender.

Wanting some bits of scientific research to be untrue really badly doesn’t make them untrue. As he says about climate change. Wanting human-made climate change to be a “hoax” doesn’t make it one when the facts are staring you in the face.

Now, a lot of you reading my comment might have already made your mind up that I’m a horrible human being for whatever reason you deem fit, which is precisely the problem with humankind these days. Jumping to conclusions without understanding the whole message only brings more confusion and pushes us apart.
