It basically aims to control and manage feelings of anger in a healthy way. It involves many techniques and strategies to lessen the effects of anger. Anger is considered to be a normal reaction, emotion or feeling however one can manage to control it better.
Anger management is an important skill to have as it can significantly improve one’s well being and can leave positive effects on relationships with family, friends or with coworkers. It requires patience and practice and in time individuals can learn how to effectively manage their anger and the positive effects that comes with it.
