Yes, you can animate between a Fragment and an Activity (and vice-versa). For that, you would want to use Activity transitions, not Fragment transitions since the animation has to go between Activities.

Your views from your Fragment that you want to animate to the next Activity already exist in the current Activity’s layout, so you should be able to set up an Activity transition without much trouble.
