Zat, although I always support your articles for the cutting edge but I also like to take the counter view just to take more insight. It is good for my comprehension.

So if someone suffers from ADHD or bipolar disorder, what do you think of him? What problem does he face? Why don’t he not been able to think clearly without a massive aid. That question always haunts me. The very skill requires for developing the serenity is missing (Kruger dunning effect).

Some problems brutally damages the psychology like what are the best methods to calm ourselves if our internal qualia are that my apple is not as red as yours (color blindness). It is sometime very painful to live with bipolar/ADHD that too with color blindness, but we always believe that listening to the silent mentors (like you) are always helpful!
