maggie was always a good backup when nothing comes in mind especially for people who has lived outside your home, making maggie is super easy, in a couple of mints, there are lots of ways of making maggie everyone has its unique way of making maggie some make it soupy and some like fried maggie recipe. this maggie recipe today I m gonna tell you is really super easy and super tasty
Ingredients
- Maggie
- maggie masala
- capsicum-1
- Onion-1
- Peas-1bowl
- Tomato-1
Instructions
- first and foremost we need to boil our maggie, take a pan and boil maggie in 1glass of water so it soft. now remove all water and keep it aside.
- Now preparing tadka for our fried maggie recipe…take another pan and pour some oil and heat it.
- add chopped onion and saute them.
- add capsicum and green chili to make it little spicy, you can avoid it if u don’t want spicy, add peas in last and cook these vegetables for a while.
- after saute vegetables, add tomato and cook them also…
- Now add this maggie masala and cook it with vegetables don’t let it stick, keep stirring.
- Now last step add the boiled maggie and mix it with help of forks as i m doing it ….switch off gas and keep mixing it so it mixes well with cooked vegetables. Now our fried maggie is ready Enjoy
