The DNS result between Thailand and Singapore

Many websites are getting blocked in Thailand. For example Dailymail got blocked entire site. I use “nslookup” as a DNS lookup program with the Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4). First, I try with dailymail.co.uk.

nslookup dailymail.co.uk 8.8.8.8

Result in Thailand (ISP: TOT, Windows base)

Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address: 8.8.8.8
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: dailymail.co.uk
Addresses: 45.64.77.32
45.64.77.8

Result in Singapore (ISP: Digital Ocean SG, Linux base)

Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: dailymail.co.uk
Address: 184.86.250.11
Name: dailymail.co.uk
Address: 184.86.250.10

Then I try with the website did not block.

nslookup bbc.co.uk 8.8.8.8

Result in Thailand (ISP: TOT, Windows base)

Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address: 8.8.8.8
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: bbc.co.uk
Addresses: 212.58.244.22
212.58.244.23
212.58.246.79
212.58.246.78

Result in Singapore (ISP: Digital Ocean SG, Linux base)

Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: bbc.co.uk
Address: 212.58.244.22
Name: bbc.co.uk
Address: 212.58.244.23
Name: bbc.co.uk
Address: 212.58.246.79
Name: bbc.co.uk
Address: 212.58.246.78

Now you can see the result for the BBC, both are the same.

Ps. IP class 45.64.77.0 is own by TOT.
