I started to do the practice of both writing down and saying aloud affirmations every morning a few years ago.

Every single morning, I write down a full page of affirmations.

Sometimes when you aren’t feeling good about yourself, you have to set yourself in the right direction by getting some motivation through practicing positive morning routines.

If you need motivation for affirmations, you can watch youtube videos on how to love yourself and meditations and affirmations.

If you believe the phrase “you are what you think”, then life truly stems from your thoughts.

But we cannot rely purely on thoughts; we must translate thoughts into words and eventually into actions in order to manifest our intentions.

Affirmations are “I Am” statements that speak positivity into your life.

You don’t have to always believe them at the time you write them, write them anyway.

Affirm positive thoughts and events in your life and you will see how your life changes and your entire vibe is lifted.
