Thanks for mentioning the very important distinction between knowing how front-end development works and being an active developer, these are two different jobs!

While I agree 100% with the necessity of being a multidisciplinary designer, I would like to start seeing posts on unicorn designers also mentioning how many years of dedicated practice and study take to get there.

It’s a little depressing seeing so many companies, startups mostly, recruiting for junior ‘unicorns’ as a way to save money.
