1.Create a timetable:

Creating a timetable is an effective tool to beat procrastination.

First, make a to-do list for your day. Then pick one task and put

it in the beneficial time slot. follow your timetable seriously

and you will get a sense of where you waste your time.

2.Categorize daily tasks:

Sometimes we overwhelm ourselves with a lot of tasks and

end up getting frustrated. So categorise your tasks with

"very important","less important","can do it later". You

can colour-code them also. After that, you can pick

important tasks first then other tasks. It will help you to

set an excellent timetable as well.

3.The time limit for tasks:

Setting a time limit for specific tasks will induce a sense of

urgency and responsibility. It will reduce your

Procrastination.

4.Pomodoro method:

It is a simple method for balancing a fresh and focused

mind by taking breaks in between your tasks. What you

have to do is pick a task and set a timer for 25 or 50

minutes then take a break for 5 or ten minutes precisely.

5.Not to-do list:

It is a list of reminders consisting of things killing your

productivity and focus. Things like binging on Netflix or

youtube for hours. It not only slows down your growth but

also make you feel guilty

6.Plan your week:

Plan your week before it begins to have a sense of purpose.

Set some achievable goals so you can feel motivated.

7.Use time management apps:

In the digital era, there are a lot of time management apps

available for your Rescue. Apps like Trello, Notion,

Evernote for to-do lists are very helpful. In the case of

time tracking you can use the Toggle track, Forest, Study

bunny.

Conclusion:

Time management takes practice and patience to master.

So don’t be harsh on yourself during this process and trust
