It is a simple method for balancing a fresh and focused
mind by taking breaks in between your tasks. What you
have to do is pick a task and set a timer for 25 or 50
minutes then take a break for 5 or ten minutes precisely.

It is a list of reminders consisting of things killing your
productivity and focus. Things like binging on Netflix or
youtube for hours. It not only slows down your growth but
also make you feel guilty
6.Plan your week:
Plan your week before it begins to have a sense of purpose.
Set some achievable goals so you can feel motivated.

In the digital era, there are a lot of time management apps
available for your Rescue. Apps like Trello, Notion,
Evernote for to-do lists are very helpful. In the case of
