(Hint: Brooklyn) Were you born before or after 1985? Just curious, because you sound like someone who has shockingly little perspective on life and economics.

I especially love the fact how disappointed you are that you’re not getting an authentic black rental experience in Oakland. You’re somehow disappointed this gentleman is either renting properties he owns for a profit, or is being an excellent host for the hipster douches like you.
