It’s kind of like how rich people can afford a staff to clean their house and act as personal assistants. If you’re not rich, then you can’t afford it so you won’t have it. Rich people can also afford to own multiple high class super cars like Ferrari’s. If you’re not rich you can’t afford those things and have to give it up. So too is it with cities. Perhaps the government should provide vouchers for people to move to more affordable areas.
