This is great, Pete. It’s always bothered me that many patients in the VA system are not able to experience the benefits that UX design can deliver, like receiving medication reminders or immediate care without having to travel to the nearest VA hospital that may be up to 4 hours away. This is awesome, and I hope the steps you’re taking will allow others to follow suit in building a better user experience for individuals needing medical assistance.
