“The Legacy Project” FAQs

Man, it’s been a long time since THIS crowdfunding video, huh?

It definitely has. Preciate your patience.

Ok. So it’s finally here and you got me to download it. So what do I do now?

Use it.

Really… That’s the answer you have for one of your supporters?

You’re right. Apologies. Truthfully, I hope you check out all of the content and have an enjoyable experience.

Is there any particular order I should go in or method I should use?

Well, understand that the “Episodes” page is the main area. It’s where the Visual Narrative and the Engagement Pieces give the overall flow to the project.

And by Visual Narrative you mean music videos right?

Yeah, pretty much. Except there is a story told if you watch them in sequence. I suggest that, but it’s your world really.

Oh, cool. I see they’re not all available at the app launch. Is your app broken already?

Chill. Nah. This is a “scheduled” experience. Think like TV show episodes that are more HBO than Netflix. However, we put out new content 3–4 times per week, so depending when you download the app, they may have all been issued. Then you can get your binge on.

And this “FAM Forum”?

A place for cool folks to commune and converse. Start a new convo or just respond to what’s already going on.

And what about these Explore pieces within the Visual Narrative?

Man, just some additional vignettes and other media related to the video. Entertaining ditties that dig a lil bit deeper into the story.

Oh, that sounds cool. Now we’re getting some understanding. But isn’t this a lot of explaining to do just so I can use this app?

Nah. Did you see my 2nd answer? Pretty much, if you start pushing buttons it all makes sense. Don’t overthink it and that should help. You is smart. You is kind. You is important….

You’re doing that smart mouth thing again…

Yeah man, you should meet my mom dukes. Anyway, perhaps the only parts that needs explaining are the Engagement Pieces. They’re guided by your “host” through the experience to make it all the more personal. Just roll with it.

Ok. I understand Store, Music, and More, but it looks like the FAM is highlighting your friends?

Well really, folks who played a part somehow in the creation of the project or helped somewhere sometime. Also, thinking about highlighting a few users too.

Very cool-like. Also, there was kind of a buzz going around that this app could be a real help to the music industry given how disposable music has become during the digital age.

That’s crazy! That’s exactly what I would have said had you asked me if I was trying to explain how dope this app is. Anyway, man, maybe. Maybe. We gon’ see…
