It’s ok not to be happy all the time.

Life seesaws for all of us.

Embrace the falls, savour the highs.


Contentment is a learned skill.

Patiently mastered.

Practice makes it second nature.


Brace yourself for a marathon of practice.

Be brave and express the negative too.

The negative is filled with wholesome lessons.


People disappoint, close friends let you down.

That’s life. Don’t let this phase you.

Smile, give yourself permission to be happy.


Gratitude is a best-kept secret.

Thankful for life’s gifts, the food, the family and friends, the shelter.

It attracts happiness like bees to honey.


My inner voice of contentment will become yours one day.

I nurture and strengthen that voice.

Every mother’s wish is their child’s happiness.


Make peace, practice gratitude

Express sadness and anger.

Pick sweet joy from a mindful moment.
