Nice article Swati, I can relate similar experience which I had working for a edtech startup in Bangalore where I used to lead the technology.
Founders where blindly in love with the idea but miles away from reality. I would ask them to state the Vision for the product but it would keep changing in any given week. Even not understanding a difference between user and customer.
But I must say they did a great job around company PR spending in new channel and newspaper ads and magazines. By which recently they got acquired by one of the most funded edtech company in India.
