In Person C.V Drop Experience.

I start my journey with A Hot day and a task to drop C.V AND COVER letter in 3 to 5 companies.

So first approach in innovative biscuits and there I been successfully able to meeting with Admin of the company. Ask him about the HSE job in their organization he Interrupted and said we didn’t have any vacancy for HSE and nor we have any department of HSE.

2. Talking about Ghani Glass ltd I am not able to go in their company the gate keeper never let me inter in the company.

3. When I went to Sareena company I meet with HR and we chat about for 10 minutes and use the elevator pitch i made for their company he said we admire your efforts and passion for here. But we didn’t have empty spot for you but we’ll keeping your CV for future consideration.

Challenges.

  • Hot weather full of UV rays.
  • Beater Traffic because of Christian Festival.
  • Most of HR didn’t hear my elevator pitch
  • Struggling with the gate keepers.
  • Didn’t find any warm welcome.

What I learned :

I already have the idea about the Pakistani companies bad policies for intering into company but get a closer look the cheap mentality of the organisation.

  • They never ever let you in without any strong recommendation.
  • Even gate keeper keep you busy in argument that we didn’t have type of vacancies in our company.
  • I didn’t get any good response for being there in person.

What I will do Differently Next Time.

  • Definitely find someone who already working there .
  • Try to Go there with same spirit
  • Follow up them by Email.
