So we accept the challenge to reaching out To HR professional to assessing their mentality about the Amal Academy principles that is EQUIP AND REAL.

So we contact a HR professional from A reputed company name AUTOMATE Pakistan PVT LTD.
We talk to one of his employee to requesting him to taking time for our interview to Your HR and we told him why it is for. So he successfully provided us a green signal from his HR.
The HR name was Sarwar Khan and he completed his MBA and Project Management Studies and having handsome 16 years of experience in with major companies brands like Nestle, Haier, and PEL.

After introduction we told him the agenda of this interview and gave him clear intro about Amal Academy.
We started asking from very basic questions.
We ask him how important do you think it is to be yourself in the interview?
Answer. He said it is very important to be yourself because when you send your resume to HR they get the idea about you, that what can you provide them and when we dig in they starting to lossing the grip. So it makes bad impression. So always be yourself and only talk about those things that you know about. “Dont beat about the bush”.
2. We ask him How you judge people when they’re not being real?
Ans. I think for me and for All the HR PERSONNEL it is very easy to assess that the guy is real or not. To know that we usually ask them questions and if he provides us a clear explanation with examples it is true that he is real and if he’s not been able to provide examples or stories about the task its definitely he’s not being real.
Question. What you suggested to us that how we have to appear in the interview?
Ans. He said when you have an interview try to know their culture like dress codes and must know about your role for the post, choose your appearance relevant for the job. You need to be cultural fit for them. Keeping your cellphone off, be attentive to them. Being humbled is great way to make impression on them. Try to look managed. Overcome to your nervousness by being mentally prepared.
Question. Do you ask about the Main Strengths and weaknesses?
Ans. Yes we actually do because Many of the interviewees started talking about their bad habits and stuffs that are irrelevant for the role. So we get the idea about their characters and if they’re mature enough to assess our questions is for all about.
Question. Is that any impressive tips to get the job?
Ans. You need to be focused on what they’re going to ask. And truly be specific with the answer because HR really didn’t find any patients with irrelevant answers. And try to listen carefully what are asking about and then make your move. make easy explanation in a short time. And most of all be on time.

Work on your communication skills as 85% you’ll get the good attention OF an HR.
Try to showcase your passion for the if you’re not enough experience or fresh graduates.
Always demand good for selling your self. Only if they’re started discussion about salary.
