Pomodoro challenge is the time management technique, that increases your productivity and enables you to complete your tasks in an efficient way. You can also find this timer online.
The procedure is simple.
1. You need to choose one task to be done
2. Set the Pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes
3. Work on the task until the timer rings
4. Take a short break of 3–5 minutes and then continue your task, after setting the timer again.
5. Take a longer break (15–20 minutes), after 4 rings of the timer.

After my first experience with Pomodoro, I decided to share it with you also. It is psychologically proven that everybody has some issues with procrastination. Just because you are working on something, it is obvious that at the same time, you are missing a lot of other things. So, this is what distracts your mind. Pomodoro timer is a powerful tool to help you address it.
Setting up a timer to 25, just because most people can keep their focus on a single task for around 25 minutes. Turning off all interruptions and focusing on a single goal is just what you need to do.
I would recommend you to at least try it once. And believe me, before you are going to try it, it’s not only that much easier. But also, you start accomplishing targets, which were sounding so difficult to you before, due to all distractions around you and also having no deadline to be followed.
