ezofficetech Software has released their latest suite of web apps for businesses. Each app has been designed to run “Offline First” and they run on most all desktop PCs and mobile devices.

There are apps to create Quotes and track Expeneses. The Invoice app has email delivery confirmation and instant full page previews of your invoices while editing and reviewing lists of invoices. Income Reports now have animated and resizable HTML5 charts.

The suite of apps also includes a fully featured “Contacts Management” app that can (and should) be used instead of native installed apps that allows 3rd party apps to access your contacts list.

All the apps have lightning fast “Full Text Search” that makes finding contacts and documents amazingly easy.

Incredibly easy to use, there’s really almost nothing to learn to get started and, unlike other services, there are no limits on how many Contacts you can have, how many invoices and other documents you can store, or how many devices and users can access your user account.

The ezofficetech apps are scalable from inexpensive yearly subscriptions to affordable entry level “Enterprise” options that can be easily modified for your businesses specific needs to a complete “Platform as a Service” that can also be used to host your business website and other web apps you might want to install.

ezofficetech apps can also be easily configured to use IBM’s “Cloudant” services for “Big Data Analysis” and as the primary database and/or offsite data backups.

Developers are invited to become Value Added Resellers and to modify the app code to suit their clients needs. Almost all the app code is written in Javascript and uses open source APIs that were selected to make it as easy as possible for anyone to jump and make changes.
