Maybe you should explain what “context clues” are. Because as I understand it, it’s a term used in reading education. You use the context of a word to figure out what a word you are unfamiliar with means by looking at the word around it. I think maybe what you mean is “circumstantial evidence.”

That said, there is definitely enough circumstantial evidence regarding collusion to warrant the closer look that it’s being given.
