A warning for the post-augmented age.
Robert Scoble

Tech is awesome and fun and — what are the unintended consequences?

We’ve got more tech and less real human connection — bringing a crazy rise in depression, mood disorders, job dissatisfaction, and plain old fear.

I want my kids to grow up knowing how to be self sufficient — when the electricity goes out. I want them to be confident they can go on a real-life adventure and have fun and get back laughing about the challenges.

No-one goes to their grave regretting the VR/AR experience they missed.

My career is intimately tied to tech — and being offline keeps me sane.
