But without real definitions of “harassment” and “hate speech”, any legislation banning them is dead on arrival. Unless we are to leave it in the same undefined category as “pornography”: I know it when I see it.

I can agree that yelling fire in a crowded theater does not qualify as free speech. But “hate speech” is a catch-all for anything SJWs don’t like, and harassment is in the eye of the beholder. If you can define them, objectively, I’ll consider a proposal. Otherwise, I’ll defend to the death your harasser’s right to say how much he hates your kind. Sticks and stones…
