I grew up in Wyoming. Because of that, I tend to speak slowly. Don’t like it? Too bad.

Too much information is distributed as audio and video these days. I can scan a transcript much quicker than I can listen to even speeded-up audio. My recommendation to those who make videos is to ALWAYS provide a transcript.

The best way to speed up most meetings is to not have them. Or realize that they are team-building social events, and stop expecting to accomplish anything with them.
