Consistency

One of the greatest life lessons I was ever taught is that showing up is half the battle.

It wasn’t until later in life I realized just how true those words really are.

As true as that saying is, no one tells you why it’s true.

Let me give you an example from my life. I’m on a quest right now to gain 15 lbs of muscle. I exercise 4 times a week, and do abs or stretching the other 3 days.

The hardest part of my exercise is just showing up to the gym.

I could easily say, “Nah, I don’t feel like it today.”

But if I do, I won’t get the results I want.

Being consistent in taking action towards your goals is a surefire way to hit them. They are literally that easy to accomplish. Just do the things you know you need to do, and you can do anything.
