Long time ago, I was afraid of being a leader in a team. I thought I could not be assertive. I struggled to learn and to tackle my fear. I learn how to be assertive although I was not fully assertive at that time. But I keep learning and tackling my fear.

In the end, I feel happy that I had been a leader in a team and successfully organize an event. I spoke and motivate in front of many people. I got into the stage by not having my heart jumping or my hands trembling. I had successfully be confident. This is the power of confidence. Always be brave.
