Cannot stop crying.

I’ve been the person on the other end of the hotline and have physically ached as the pain comes through a voice. I try to see their face in my mind & send love through the atmosphere to their space.

We need you, the love and goodness that only you offer.

The words and art only you create. The depth of feeling and compassion only you share.

I’ve been on the other end of the hotline when the decision to call was made too late. When a confused conversation becomes silence.

Something in our collective soul dies when we lose precious ones to the darkness within themselves.

Our community was unable to lift the burden, give her hope.

And I pray her words will reach those she had to leave.

“Tell them I’ll love them forever.”
