Today after church, went to a new Thai restaurant, Pestle Rock in the Ballard area, which specializes in Isaan-style cuisine, the food of northern Thailand. This style of Thai food has recently gained more attention in the U.S. mainly through the notoriety of Pok Pok restaurant in Portland and New York.
