The main advantage of B2B inbound marketing is its capability to produce organic and qualified leads as well as establish strong long-term relationships with prospects. Which means the cost per lead is lower and quality of leads higher, leading to effective sales opportunities towards sustainable growth trajectory in B2B companies

Delight

The first principle is in attracting the right visitors to your website. In order to achieve it, you need to optimize your website for search engines and create interesting content that appeals to your target audience. You can do this by conducting keyword research, on page optimization , and link building .

Once you have drawn the best crowd, then it becomes possible to nurture them with relevant material and reach out to them on social media.

The second principle, Convert , entails guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey and providing relevant content along each step of the marketing funnel, gaining their trust and solving problems that may arise for potential customers.

The third principle is Close that entails the closing of deals and converting proposals into clients. It involves personalized communication, creating value and showing how your product or service gives benefit to an individual.

Finally, the fourth principle Delight is about delighting your customers after purchase. This may include excellent customer service on the one hand, support and maintaining a good rapport with your customers.
