Prize Pool: 300,000 USDT
- First 500 participants who complete the Quest will share 25,000 USDT from the prize pool — they will get one $50 real estate token on Binaryx Marketplace for free. They will start owning this gorgeous penthouse in Bali and earn rental income of up to 22% APY!
Every token holder on Binaryx Marketplace is registered as an official co-owner of a property in the real world — that’s why we will ask you to pass a quick identity check to get your free property token, too.
- The remaining 275,000 USDT will be distributed as vouchers worth 5–40 USDT, allowing you to buy real estate tokens on Binaryx Marketplace at a lower price.

Binaryx Early Adopter Role & NFT
Everyone who completes the Quest will get the Binaryx Early Adopter Discord role & NFT. With this honorable distinctive mark, we reward the users who have been with us from the very beginning.
Early Adopter Role on Discord is necessary to get your share of the 300K prize pool and to claim the Early Adopter NFT.
Early Adopter NFT unlocks eligibility for BNRX utility token airdrop during the Token Generation Event (later in 2023) and many more perks from Binaryx Platform in the future.
How do I share the prize pool & get Early Adopter NFT?
There are two ways:
- NO NEED TO COMPLETE THE QUEST — If you’ve invested in tokenized real estate on our platform and own at least 2 property tokens (bBali1 or bBali2) worth $100 total on MAINNET
Congratulations! You’re ready to share the prize pool & get Early Adopter NFT. Simply confirm your bBali tokens — connect to Guild and get the Landlord role. Write a message in the #EA-claim channel on Discord and wait for rewards!
2. If you don’t own a bBali token on Binaryx Marketplace mainnet
Complete the Web3 Quest to get your Early Adopter role and share the prize pool. The flow is quite similar to the previous community program. Here it is:

Step 2. Complete 5 web3 quests from the list below and get 5 roles on Discord
Step 3. Claim your Early Adopter role and wait for the rewards distribution!
What if I already have OG role?
You can’t use your old Explorer, Listener, and other roles for the new Quest. However, you do have some advantages: you will find many tasks familiar, and you already have at least 2200 XP on Zealy (ex-Crew) to start with.
Now, let’s review the Quest steps!
Step 1: Join Discord and Guild
Discord is the platform where you can talk to other community members and claim roles. Join it to participate in the Quest: Binaryx Discord
Guild.xyz is a web3 platform where you need to confirm each quest after completing it. Connect your wallet, Discord, and Twitter and you’re good to go. Join: Guild.xyz
Step 2. Complete Web3 Quests and Get Roles
Upon completing each quest, you get a new Discord role. Get all these roles to finish the Quest and get the Early Adopter NFT:
Testnet — @Explorer_early
Galxe — @Galxe_early
Link3 — @Early_listener
Mirror / Link3 — @Expert
Zealy (ex-Crew3) — @Zealy_early
To get the highest @Early_adopter role, you need to collect ALL 5 roles. @Early_adopter role will allow you to claim Binaryx Early Adopter NFT.
Note that if you’ve completed some of the quests for the previous program, you need to complete them again for the Early Adopter role😉
Testnet — @Explorer_early role
Binaryx Marketplace has a Testnet app where you can buy virtual villa tokens and test the idea of owning tokenized real estate.

The quest: Buy 3 different villa tokens and claim the Total Rent Balance at least once. If you’ve never used the Testnet Marketplace before, your first step will be minting some USDTF tokens. Also, you can watch a video guide to the Marketplace.
Note that the @Explorer_early role will open to you within 48 hours after completing this quest. You can check the status of your role on Guild.

Galxe — @Galxe_early role
Galxe is a platform for web3 community building. It allows projects to create a system of on-chain credentials to reward their users in a targeted manner.
The quest: Go to Galxe, complete social media activities and get the Galxe NFT.
How to confirm the quest: in the #roles channel on Discord, click “Join Early Adopter Program”.
Link3 (AMAs) — @Early_listener role
Link3 is a web3 platform where we announce our AMA sessions. After each session, the platform issues a unique WEST token that you can claim.
Link: AMAs will be announced on social media. We hold AMA sessions every week. See our AMA Calendar for all the upcoming events.
The quest: Claim at least 1 WEST token after an AMA.
How to confirm the quest: in the #roles channel on Discord, click “Join Early Adopter Program”.
Articles on Mirror/Link3— @Expert role
Mirror.xyz and Link3 are web3 social networks where we publish content. Here, users can claim a unique token after reading an article.
The quest: Visit our Mirror or Link3 and claim at least 1 article. New articles will be added during the Quest.
How to confirm the quest: in the #roles channel on Discord, click “Join Early Adopter Program”.
Zealy (ex-Crew3) — @Zealy_early role
Zealy (formerly Crew3) is a web3 platform where users can participate in social media quests. For each completed quest, you get some experience points or XP.
The quest: Go to Zealy, complete social media quests, and earn 5100 XP. If you’ve completed some tasks on Zealy before, do some more until you have 5100XP / lvl7. Note that it’s impossible to gain 5100 XP in one go: we will add new tasks throughout the Quest.
How to confirm the quest: Zealy is the only quest that is confirmed outside Guild. Once you gain 5100 XP, claim the @Zealy_early role using a dedicated task on Zealy. Note that it may take us up to 24 hours to confirm your role.
Step 3. Claim your Early Adopter role
Once you have all 5 roles, write a message in the #EA-claim channel on Discord. The admins will give you the Early Adopter role.
Quest Timeline and Rewards Distribution Schedule
The Web3 Landlord Quest will last until August 22nd. We will distribute the rewards (property tokens & USDT vouchers) a few times.
The Early Adopter NFT will be distributed after the end of the Quest.
