1981 Camaro

It was ’96 and I was driving a Burgundy 1980 Camaro RS that was pretty rusty underneath. One day driving to work, the leaf springs in the back behind the drivers seat, came up through the floor.
That car was my baby. the motor and tranny were so smooth and clean that I decided to resurrect the power train into another car. It was my daily and would get me back and forth to work all week on $20.
I searched and found a white, 1981 Camaro Z28 with a 350 4 speed that screamed from a crack in the manifold. The tan interior had to go. T-tops were bad but the RS had perfect ones and a black interior.
Within two weeks the motor, tranny, t-tops and interior were swapped and I was set for a while, until I traded her for a Caddy.
